TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings are taken from Saturday to Saturday.  Bookings for weekends and under one week are possible on request.

To ensure your accommodation is fully prepared we would ask you to arrive at Le Vitrier after 3:00pm.

The property must be vacated by 11:00am on your day of departure.

A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee will secure a booking . The Letter will send a e-receipt for the deposit which acts as formal acceptance of the booking. The deposit is non-refundable and we recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance.  Reservations will be held for a 2 week period, if the deposit has not been received within this time the reservation will be cancelled. The actual amount payable in Sterling or US Dollars will depend on the rate of exchange for the Euro at the time of payment.

The final balance is payable 2 months before arrival, a reminder will be sent. If the balance is not received by this time then the booking will be deemed cancelled and the period re-advertised.

If a booking is made within 2 months of your proposed arrival date then the total cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking.

Numbers in excess of those agreed on the booking form, sub-letting, or reassignment of the accommodation are not permitted.

A security deposit of  €150 will be payable with the final balance payment.  This will be refunded on the day of departure less any costs to be deducted however incurred including damage, any excessive cleaning costs resulting from poor care of the property (we do not levy a cleaning charge and expect the property to be maintained in good order throughout the letting period by the Client) and any unpaid balance for additional services received.

The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in good condition at the end of the rental period.  Although a final clean is included in the price, the Owner reserves the right of retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the property is poor condition.  The Client also agrees not to act in any way that would cause disturbance to residents in the general area.
